How Withdrawals Work
A withdrawal passes three checks before it is paid: the account name matches, any bonus turnover has been met, and the balance is sitting in the main wallet rather than inside a game. Almost every held withdrawal fails one of those three, and each has a fix.
Nothing here is discretionary. These are the same checks for a RM 50 payout and a RM 5,000 one.
Check one: the name matches
Payment can only go to an account in your own name — the same name registered on the gaming account. Not a spouse, not a parent, not a business account you control.
This is not an operator preference. It is what stops an account being used to move someone else's money, and it is the one rule that has no exception, no appeal and no workaround. If the names differ, fix the registered details first and pass verification before requesting anything.
Check two: turnover is met
If you claimed a bonus, that bonus carries a turnover requirement — a multiple of the amount that has to be bet before the balance can leave. The multiplier is printed on the promotion itself, and progress is visible while it runs.
Requesting a withdrawal before it is met does not fail quietly. Depending on the promotion's terms, it can void the bonus and any winnings from it. Read the terms before claiming, not after.
Play with no bonus at all and this check simply does not apply. Some players prefer that, and it is a perfectly reasonable way to use the site.
Check three: the balance is in the main wallet
Balance held inside a game provider is not withdrawable. Use transfer to bring it back to the main wallet first. This catches people out constantly, because the lobby shows a total while the withdrawal form sees only the main wallet.
How long payment takes
Once approved, a local bank payment normally lands the same day during banking hours. Outside them it waits on the bank. A USDT withdrawal is usually quicker because it does not depend on banking hours at all.
First withdrawals take longer than later ones, because that is usually when identity verification runs. Doing verification early, rather than at the moment you want your money, is worth the ten minutes.
Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply, and a daily cap may apply across all methods. A payout above the daily cap is not refused — it is paid across consecutive days. The current figures are shown on the withdrawal page.
Cancelling, and what you cannot cancel
A withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still pending, and the balance returns to your account. Once it has been approved and sent to the bank it cannot be recalled by anyone.
