VIP Tiers
Tiers run Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Moving up is measured on turnover over a period, not on how much you have deposited or lost.
What a tier changes is narrower than most players expect, and it is better to know that up front than to chase one.
What actually changes
- Your rebate rate. This is the real one. A higher tier earns a higher percentage on the same turnover, across every game type.
- Your limits. Higher withdrawal ceilings and, on some products, higher stake limits.
- Support priority. Faster handling on tickets and withdrawals.
What does not change
The odds do not change. The house edge does not change. No tier makes a game pay better, and nobody at any tier gets a different version of a slot.
It is also worth saying plainly: do not expect perks that are not published. If a tier does not list a birthday credit or a weekly free credit, it does not have one, however common those are elsewhere. The tier table on the VIP page is the complete list.
How progression is measured
Tier is based on accumulated turnover across a defined period. Every settled bet contributes, at the weighting published for that game type. Transfers, deposits and voided bets do not.
Tiers are reviewed on a cycle, which means a tier can be lost as well as gained if activity drops. The requirement and the review period are both shown on the VIP page.
Manual grants
A tier can also be assigned directly by the operator, usually for a long-standing player or as part of a transfer arrangement from another site. If you already hold a tier elsewhere, it is worth asking before you start from Bronze — the answer is sometimes yes.
An honest word on chasing a tier
The turnover needed for a higher tier is always larger than the extra rebate that tier returns. That is arithmetic, not cynicism — if it were the other way round, the tier system would cost the operator money.
So treat a tier as something you arrive at because you were playing anyway, never as a target to bet toward. Betting more than you intended in order to reach a threshold is the exact behaviour the responsible gaming page is about.
