Vouchers and Promo Codes
A voucher is a code that credits something to your account — free credit, a deposit match, or entry to a promotion. They come from campaigns, from support as a goodwill gesture, and occasionally from a referral.
The mechanics are simple. The terms attached to them are where the detail lives, and that is the part worth two minutes of reading.
Redeeming a code
Open the voucher page, enter the code exactly as issued, and submit. Codes are usually case sensitive and frequently contain characters that look alike — a zero and a capital O, a one and a lowercase L. Copy and paste rather than retyping where you can.
A valid code applies immediately and appears as its own line in your transaction list.
Why a code is rejected
- It has expired. Most codes carry a short window.
- It has already been used. Codes are typically single use per account.
- Your account is not eligible. Some are new-player only, some are tier restricted, some are limited to players who have not claimed another offer recently.
- A condition has not been met. A deposit-match code needs the qualifying deposit first, not after.
- It was not issued to you. A code forwarded from a group chat is often tied to the account it was issued to.
Read these three lines in the terms
Whatever the offer, three things decide what it is really worth.
- Turnover requirement. The multiple that has to be bet before the balance can be withdrawn.
- Maximum conversion. The cap on what the bonus can turn into, regardless of how well it goes.
- Eligible games. Bets outside the listed products may not count toward turnover at all, and in some cases void the bonus.
When not to claim
A bonus is not free money — it is a balance with conditions. If you intend to withdraw soon, or you want to play a product the offer excludes, decline it. Playing with no bonus means no turnover requirement and no argument at withdrawal time, and plenty of regular players choose that deliberately.
Codes from anywhere else
Only use codes from this site, from the official channels listed on our about page, or from support directly. A code that arrives with a link asking you to sign in first is a phishing attempt, not a promotion. We will never ask for your password to apply a voucher.
