Service Updates
Updates is where planned maintenance, provider downtime and changes to the platform are published before they happen.
It is a dull page that saves a lot of confusion, because most 'the site is broken' moments are a scheduled window that was announced two days earlier.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance is normally scheduled for the quietest hours and announced in advance, with the window and the products affected. During a window those products cannot be opened and transfers in and out of them are blocked.
Maintenance run by a game provider is on the provider's schedule, not ours, and occasionally lands with little notice. When that happens the affected tile in the lobby carries a notice.
What happens to an open bet
A settled bet is unaffected — the result is already recorded. An unsettled round interrupted by a malfunction is voided and the stake returned, which is the rule stated in the betting rules and applies regardless of how the round looked when it stopped.
A sports bet on an event still in progress stays open and settles on the official result once the platform is back.
Balances during downtime
A balance sitting with a provider that is offline is not lost and not at risk. It cannot be transferred until the provider is back, which is why sweeping balances back to the main wallet at the end of a session is a habit worth having.
Platform changes
Changes to how the site works are posted here too — new products, changed limits, revised rebate rates, updated terms. Anything that changes the terms of your account is also sent to your inbox.
Revised rates and limits apply from the date stated. Bets already placed settle under the rules in force when they were accepted.
If something is broken and not listed
Then it probably is a fault. Tell live chat what you were doing, which game, and roughly when. A fault that nobody reports is a fault nobody is fixing.
