Transferring Between Wallets
Your money lives in a main wallet. Individual game providers each keep their own balance, and playing with a provider means moving funds into theirs. Transfer is how funds move between the two.
Most of the confusion about a balance that has 'disappeared' comes down to this one mechanic, and once it clicks it never confuses you again.
Main wallet versus game wallets
Think of the main wallet as your current account and each provider as a separate pot. Deposits land in the main wallet. Withdrawals are paid from the main wallet. Everything else — a live casino floor, a slots studio, a sportsbook — holds its own balance while you play there.
Nothing is lost while it sits with a provider. It is simply not in the account that the withdrawal form reads.
Moving funds in
Open transfer, pick the provider, enter an amount and confirm. Transfers are instant in normal conditions. Move what you intend to play with rather than the whole balance — it is a surprisingly effective, low-effort form of budgeting, because the money you did not transfer is money you have to make a conscious decision to reach for.
Moving funds back
Same screen, other direction. Many sites also offer a restore or recall-all action that sweeps every provider balance back at once, which is worth using out of habit at the end of a session.
Do this before requesting a withdrawal. A withdrawal cannot be paid from a provider balance, and this is the most common reason a payout is smaller than a player expected.
When a transfer will not go through
- The provider is under maintenance. Transfers in and out are blocked while that runs, and the lobby shows a notice on the affected tile.
- A round is still open. Funds tied up in an unsettled bet cannot move until it settles.
- A bonus is locked to a product. Some promotions restrict where the funds can be played, so the transfer is refused by design.
- A transient provider error. Wait a minute and retry before reporting it; most clear themselves.
If a transfer shows as taken from one side but not credited to the other, stop and contact live chat with the time. Do not repeat it — a repeated transfer is a second thing to reconcile.
Turnover still counts
Moving money between wallets is not betting, and it generates no turnover. Only placed bets count toward a bonus requirement or toward rebate. Shuffling a balance back and forth does nothing except make your transaction list harder to read.
