Your Transaction List
The transaction list is the money ledger. Every deposit, withdrawal, transfer, bonus credit and rebate payment appears here with a time and a status. It does not record bets — those are in your bet history, which is a separate page for a good reason.
When a balance does not look right, this is the first page to open, and nine times out of ten it answers the question without anyone needing to be contacted.
What is recorded here
- Deposits, with the channel used and the amount credited.
- Withdrawals, including ones still pending approval.
- Transfers between the main wallet and each provider.
- Bonus credits, and any adjustment if a bonus is later voided.
- Rebate payments, which arrive as their own line rather than being folded into a balance.
Reading the statuses
Pending means submitted and waiting — for a bank, for a network confirmation, or for approval. Completed means the money has moved and the balance already reflects it. Rejected means it did not go through, and the reason is shown on the record; the funds were never taken.
A pending withdrawal has already been deducted from your available balance. That is expected, and it is the second most common reason a balance looks lower than someone thinks it should.
Tracing a balance that looks wrong
Work through it in this order and the answer usually appears within a minute.
- Is there a pending withdrawal? It is already out of your available balance.
- Is there an open bet? The stake is committed until it settles.
- Is there a balance sitting with a provider? The lobby total and the withdrawable total are not the same number.
- Was a bonus voided? There will be a matching adjustment line with a reason.
If the figures still do not reconcile, send live chat the date and approximate time rather than a screenshot of the balance alone. The timestamp is what makes it traceable.
Filtering and exporting
Filter by date range and by type to narrow a long list. If you keep your own record — and it is a genuinely good habit for anyone playing regularly — export a month at a time and keep it somewhere you will actually look at it. People who track their own numbers tend to play within their limits, mostly because the total is harder to argue with than a memory.
How far back it goes
Records are retained for a defined period, after which older entries are archived rather than deleted. If you need something beyond the visible range, live chat can retrieve it.
