The inbox is where messages about your account are delivered. It is easy to ignore, and mostly that is fine, but a few of the things that land there matter quite a lot.
It is also the one place a message about your account is guaranteed to be genuine, which makes it useful for a reason people do not usually think about.
What arrives here
- Promotional offers, including codes issued to your account specifically.
- Bonus notices — a bonus credited, a turnover requirement completed, or a bonus voided with the reason.
- Account notices — a verification request, a limit change taking effect, a security alert.
- Maintenance notices where a provider you have played is going offline.
- Replies to things you have raised.
The ones worth reading properly
Two categories deserve attention rather than a glance. Anything about verification, because a withdrawal will sit unpaid until it is dealt with. And anything about a bonus being voided or adjusted, because that message carries the reason and the window in which you can question it.

Telling a real message from a fake one
This is the part that matters. A genuine account message appears in this inbox. If something arrives by SMS, email, WhatsApp or Telegram and it is not also here, treat it as fake until proven otherwise.
- We will never ask for your password. Not by any channel, not for any reason, not to 'verify' anything.
- We will never ask you to move money to a 'secure' or 'verification' account.
- Deposit details come from the deposit page you opened yourself, never from a message.
- Check the address bar against the official domains listed on our about page before signing in anywhere.
If something claims to be from us and asks for any of the above, do not reply to it. Report it through live chat.
Managing it
Messages can be marked read and deleted, and older ones are archived automatically. Deleting is permanent, so if a message concerns a bonus, a limit or a verification step, leave it until the matter is closed.
