Your Bet History
Bet history is the betting ledger — what you staked, on what, and how it settled. Where the transaction list answers 'where did my money go', bet history answers 'what did I actually do'.
It is also the record that matters in any dispute, so it is worth knowing how to read it before you need to.
What each record shows
- The game or market, and the provider it came from.
- The stake, and the odds or multiplier at the moment the bet was accepted.
- The result — won, lost, void or still open.
- The return, where there is one.
- The turnover that bet contributed, which is what counts toward a bonus requirement and toward rebate.
A bet that does not appear here was not accepted. That is the test, not whether you remember clicking.
When bets settle
Casino and slot rounds settle immediately. Sports and esports settle once the official result is declared by the governing body, which for most fixtures is shortly after full time but can be longer where a result is provisional or under review.
A market that is clearly finished but still showing as open is usually waiting on the official feed rather than being stuck.
Void bets
A void bet returns the stake and counts as nothing. The usual causes are an abandoned or postponed event, a selection that did not take part, a market that was priced in obvious error, or a game that malfunctioned mid-round.
A void selection inside a combination bet does not kill the whole bet. It is treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stand.
If a bet looks settled wrongly
Open the record and note the bet reference, the time and the market. Check the betting rules for that sport first — a surprising number of disputes turn out to be a rule about extra time, regulation time or a retirement that is doing exactly what it says.
If it still looks wrong, give live chat the reference rather than a description. A reference is traceable in seconds; 'my football bet last night' is not.
Using it to know where you stand
Filter by date range and read the totals. Staked, returned, net. It takes a minute, it is not a pleasant minute if the month has gone badly, and it is the single most useful thing a regular player can do. Anyone who avoids looking at this page usually already knows why.
