Ticket Center
Live chat handles most things in a couple of minutes. A ticket is for anything that needs a record, needs a document attached, or needs someone other than the agent on shift to look at it.
The difference between a ticket resolved in one reply and one that drags for three days is almost always what was in the first message.
Chat or ticket
Use live chat for a deposit that has not arrived, a game that will not load, a question about a promotion, or anything you need answered now.
Raise a ticket for a disputed bet settlement, a verification document, a formal complaint, a request for records going back further than the page shows, or anything where you want a written trail.
What to put in it
Specific beats detailed. A short message with the right references is worth more than three paragraphs of background.
- The reference — bet ID, transaction ID, or the exact date and time with your timezone.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The amount involved, if there is one.
- A full screenshot rather than a crop. A cropped image almost always leaves out the part that identifies the record.
Reading the statuses
Open — received, not yet picked up. In progress — someone is working on it, which for anything involving a game provider can mean waiting on them. Awaiting your reply — it is with you, and it will usually auto-close if left. Resolved — closed with an outcome, and reopenable if you disagree.
How long it should take
Straightforward tickets are answered within hours. Anything needing a provider to investigate is slower, because the provider's own timeline applies and no amount of chasing changes it. You will be told when that is the case.
Escalating
If the answer does not address what you asked, say so on the same ticket rather than opening a new one — a second ticket splits the history and slows everything down. Ask for it to be escalated and state plainly what outcome you are looking for.
Keep the ticket number. It is the only thing that makes the conversation findable later.
