Player Achievements
Achievements are milestones tracked across your play — a number of rounds in a product, a first try at a new category, a streak, a target reached. Completing one unlocks a badge and, usually, a small reward.
They are a light layer on top of the games rather than a game in themselves, and it is worth being clear-eyed about what a progress bar is designed to do.
How progress is tracked
Progress updates from settled bets. An open round does not count until it settles, and a voided bet does not count at all. Each achievement states what it measures — rounds played, products tried, consecutive days active, or a turnover figure within a category.
Progress is visible on the achievements page at any time, so you never have to guess how close something is.
What they reward
Typically a badge on your profile plus a small credit or a voucher. Rewards are credited to the main wallet and appear in your transaction list like anything else. Where a reward carries a turnover requirement, it is stated on the achievement before you start it.
Tiered and repeatable
Many achievements come in tiers — bronze at one threshold, silver at a higher one, and so on. Some reset on a cycle so they can be earned again; others are one-off. The achievement itself says which, and a reset achievement shows the date it rolls over.
The honest part
A progress bar exists to make you play more. That is not a secret and it is not sinister — it is the same mechanic as a loyalty stamp card — but it does mean the bar is designed to sit just short of full more often than it sits full.
So treat an achievement as something you notice on the way past, not something you bet toward. If you have ever placed a round you did not want in order to finish a bar, that is the mechanic working on you rather than for you. Our responsible gaming page covers the tools available if that pattern is familiar.
Achievements and tiers are different things
Worth separating clearly, because they get confused. Achievements are milestones with one-off rewards. VIP tier is a standing status that changes your rebate rate and limits. Completing achievements does not move your tier, and reaching a tier does not complete achievements.
