How Deposits Work
A deposit is the one step where most new players get stuck, and almost always for the same two reasons: the name on the sending account does not match the name on the gaming account, or the amount sent does not match the amount entered on the form. Both are avoidable in about ten seconds of checking.
This page explains the channels available, roughly how long each takes, and what to do when money leaves your bank but has not appeared in the lobby.
The channels you will see
Three types are normal for a Malaysia-facing operator, and the deposit page shows which are open at the moment you look. Availability changes through the day, so treat the page as the source of truth rather than a screenshot someone sent you.
- Local bank transfer. The most common, and usually the cheapest. You transfer to the account shown on the deposit page and enter the reference it gives you.
- E-wallet. Faster to confirm than a bank transfer at the weekend, and generally has a lower minimum.
- USDT. Confirms in about a minute on the TRON network and does not care about banking hours. The rate used to convert to MYR is shown before you send.
Minimums and limits
Each channel carries its own minimum, and they are not the same. Crypto minimums tend to be higher because a network fee on a very small transfer eats a meaningful share of it. Maximums exist too, usually per transaction rather than per day, and a larger amount may simply need to be split.
The figures are printed next to each channel on the deposit page. They change, so check rather than assume.
How long it should take
A local bank transfer is normally credited within a few minutes of the transfer clearing, which during banking hours is quick and outside them can take longer. An e-wallet is usually near instant. USDT on TRON typically confirms in about a minute.
If nothing has landed after fifteen minutes, that is the point to raise it — not after an hour of refreshing.
Why a deposit gets held
In order of how often it actually happens:
- The sending account is in a different name. Deposits have to come from an account you own. A transfer from a spouse, a parent or a friend cannot be accepted, and unwinding it is slow.
- The amount does not match. If you enter RM 100 and send RM 100.50, it needs a manual check.
- The reference was left out. It is what ties your transfer to your account.
- The bank is holding it. Common at month end and outside banking hours, and nothing anyone on either side can speed up.
- Wrong crypto network. Sending USDT on a network other than the one the page asked for can lose the funds outright. Match the network every single time.
If it has not arrived
Have the receipt ready — the full transfer record, not a cropped screenshot of the amount. It needs to show the sending account, the time, the amount and the reference. Send that to live chat and it is usually resolved in minutes.
Do not send a second transfer to fix a first one that has not shown up. That turns one thing to trace into two.
One habit worth keeping
Decide the amount before you open the deposit page, not after a losing round. A deposit made in the middle of a bad session is the single most reliable sign that a budget has stopped being a budget. If that is familiar, the deposit limits described on our responsible gaming page can be set on request.
